Anyone Having Issues with itunes (today, after Safari update)

Hye people, My itunes is acting weird, It doesn't see any of my iDevices, Jailbroken or un-Jailbroken. The only update that happen was Safari today. I synced my ipad 2 days ago with no problem all of the sudden it not seeing my devices.

IPhoto, iPhone Broswer, and Picasa can see the devices no problem. The devices get listed as connected on the USB port. But iTunes is the only one that doesn't seen to see them.

Anyone seen this?

PS: I had already tried normal troubleshooting, Tried 3 different cables, both USB (on my MB 13''), reboot and reset both devices (iPad & iPhone), reboot the Computer 3 times. etc.

iTunes is 10.1
OSX 10.6.5
iPad is on 3.2.2 JB
iPhone4 on 4.1 JB
another iPhone4 on 4.1 non-JB

note2: also I am away form home so trying another machine is not really an option at the moment.

Solved

Well, For the records here is how I solved it, however I am still not sure why it happened.

I remove iTunes Completely, and download a fresh copy and re-installed.

After it finish my devices started showing up again.
