New York City.
So Im on Ebay and I see two airs for $300 something, with about 18 hours left. I'm sure near the end of auction the price will go really high. How do you know When buying off sites if the item is not fake? What questions do I ask?

I have seen fake iPones, and iPods but never macbooks. As a rule fake items are not very sophisticated. If they are fake macbooks then they are not functional. But even if they are real, the price suggests that they have problems.

If it looks like a MacBook Air and it can run OS X then it's real.

What price? It's at $300 with 18 hours to go. Who knows what the final price will be.
