Anyone hear from target yet about their preorder?

Guy I preordered from said he couldn't say exactly when they'd get them in, but I was the first preorder there, so that helps.
You wont get the email until the store actually gets the units in stock. My target said to expect the email around Friday to Sunday of that weekend. But again this is not a pre order this is a reservation, Target is just going to send the stores whatever they feel like and hopefully they will have what you want. Ive been reading a lot of mess ups from last year launch. Hopefully they got it together this year.
I have a pre order from there and have yet to receive a email.
Everything seemed fishy to me when I was just asked to put down 25 bucks.

i will never buy another ios device from target... have you ever tried to return on there? holy **** it's hard to do!

they said you will get an email when they have it for pickup so with that being said if there is any hope expect to hear from them thur night friday morning if anything

I preordered from them last year, they said I would get on opening weekend. No email, no text, completely unreliable
Target just sounds like a horrible place to order from. Did you have a target CC you wanted to use? Otherwise, don't count on receiving it on 9/19.
If Costco IN CALIFORNIA doesn't charge tax on the UNsubsidized price they are breaking the law. It is surprising to hear they do not (if it is in fact true).
