Anyone heard anything new about the water damage sensor settlement?

I have 2 iPhones that were denied warranty coverage due to these sensors being tripped, and I'm really looking forward to my settlement. The thing is that I can't find anything other than the news articles mentioning the settlement, but they're months old. Anyone have anything more recent?

I'm curious too as this happened to me with AT&T trade in the other week. I bitched to apple to no avail. They just told me to get a new one from AppleCare which didn't help my situation.

AND it doesn't say whether they are going to stop the practice.
