I'm aware of that battery replacement plan that Apple rolled out whereby if your serial number falls between two sets of serial numbers then you're eligible for a battery replacement F.O.C. Or at least something to that effect anyway. Relating to the phone shutting down from high percentage battery life (in my case the biggest i've had was from 52% but often between 20%-30%).

Anyway i'm eligible. The trouble is just getting an appointment with Apple.

For those who've had this done what has your experience been AFTERWARDS?
Or if you know of anyone who has had this done - feel free to post also but please state in your post that you're speaking for someone else. :)

I have tempered protectors front & rear & it's in an Otterbox case so my phone is pretty flawless. I wouldn't want it coming back protectors removed & screen scratched and/or with other faults that it never went in with.

Just looking in to other peoples experiences before i go through with it.
