Anyone here running on Exchange with a iPhone - NOTES, task management

I live heavily in Outlook - contacts, etc via Exchange
Aside from the ~good~ sync solution, how are you Outlook heavy users with iPhones keeping notes or tasks in sync.
Currently looking at 2Do as a option, but still requires a *manal* intervention of synching of Outlook and 2Do app. Love complete OTA solutions .....

I used Exchange, only for mail, calendar and contacts though.
