Anyone here using scarf/spy thin totallee cases for the Air?

Just before I order such thin Totallee cases, I was wondering if anyone here can recommend them.

And as I have never had a MagSafe case, I need to understand: what is the point of having a case with that ugly magnet logo in the back? Is it just to keep the iPhone on a stand or is there something else to it? How useful/necessary is it for modern phones?

I have the Spy and just ordered the Scarf because I want an even lower profile thinner case. The magnet is there if you want mag safe charging. I get it because I use an oh snap grip on my phones and need the magnet. The Spy is nicely made I just wanted something a bit thinner.

I currently using the apple clear case for my Air, but I can't stand the bottom being open. I'm curious to know how much bulk the Scarf will add. I love Totallee cases and there customer service is outstanding.

If anyone gets the Scarf, can you post the weight here? I'm curious if it is any lighter than the Pitaka Ultra-Slim at 20gr.

Just got the Scarf and it is like you have no case on at all at .02” thick and .02 oz in weight. There is a tiny amount of lip on the front not sure it would help much in a front drop but there is a nice amount of lip around the camera bump. I got the frosted clear version for my blue Air and I like that is has an ever so slight texture which makes it a bit more grippy. Here are some pics of the case on its own and on the phone I had added my oh snap grip and am a very happy camper with this set up as it adds almost no weight or thickness to the phone.
