The iPad Pro is perfect in so many ways. I really enjoy using one. Cellular and 2TB options are wonderful. However, I can't help but wonder why Apple still hasn't made the iPad, at least the Pros, water resistant like the iPhones. I want to be able to use the iPad Pro at a beach or in the pool. Having water resistance is so important. I really hope 2025 is the year that Apple makes an IP68 iPad Pro. Samsung's flagship tablets all have IP68!

I bet they are to a certain extent since they are pretty sealed off and water resistance is easy to achieve. Same thing with the iPhone back in the day before they got an official rating.

Sure, and I do believe what you're saying, but since Apple has a Pro segment, why not build it, test it, and then certify it as IP68? With tablet sales slowing, this could be an easy thing to do, and then advertise it as such. I could imagine an Apple beach ad with a professional using his iPad Pro. 💡
