iPhoto has tools for redeye. Super easy, give it a shot.

If you have Vista, take an advantage of Windows Photo Gallery. It has tools to remove red eye.

How about this?

I used Aperture 2 to perform this. Don't know how to do this in Photoshop. And the function of Aperture is far superior to iPhoto's. Although that tool isn't bad at all.

Good job, looks way better, the guard just looked out of place.

I think the picture should still be cropped a little more, all the black space looks a little odd. Creepy twilight-ness.
