They have sent me my contract to sign and take to the post office for the post office to see my ID. Does this mean I have been approved?

Also, I ordered the iPhone 6S on Saturday around 14:00 and chose to pay by finance. My documents should arrive back to them tomorrow. Do you think I will have to wait a long time for delivery of the phone or will I be lucky with September 25?

And... can I maybe change to collect the phone in store?

I think you should ask apple directly.

I did see it and it is specific.

The bank could run their credit check before or after the postident process, hence only they know when it is approved.

Apparently everything has been approved. But I have no delivery dates yet.
