For those who say "why", remember the correct answer is also a question - "why not?". I'm sure Edmund Hillary would have approved.

The most awesome thing would be for Android to run on an iPad - c/w full Flash experience :).

I've seen blogs on this before, but how well does flash work on a (small) Apple OS? Looks very cool...maybe when I get my new iPhone this summer!

Not sure how Flash would run on an "Androidized" iphone, though I suspect it may be OK at least on the ipad based on recent Google/Adobe demos of their possible "iPad Killer" :).

The hack is not something for the faint-hearted as it's obviously cutting edge as far as development goes, but interesting none the less. It may also prove (or disprove) Adobe's CTO Kevin Lynch's recent assessment that

the technology issue that Apple has with us is not that Flash doesn't work on the iPhone (iPad*), but that it does work.

* my addition

i don't know, but i would be interested in putting a JBed iphone OS on an android though...

*correction: not android, whatever the device is called; Nexus1?
