Anyone know a good place for FREE video stock

Hi, i used to have motion, and i remember it came with a lot of cool video stock film, smoke, jelly fish, etc etc. I'm out school, so motion is long gone, but is there still some kind of way i could obtain some cool high def videos with out spending 24 dollars a shot on some website.


I'm just looking for some footage of flashing lights, like shimmering, street lights, stuff i can use for flashes in a film im doing.
And smoke
i'd like some smoke plzz
