Anyone know about the Keystone Nauticase?

My SIL has one and I'm dumbfounded that anyone would make a case where they wouldn't include a cutout for the silent switch. Blows. My. Mind. Do other manufacturers do this as well or is Nauticase the only one that does this for the iPhone 4s?
