Anyone know anything about camera connection kit for iPhone 5?

Looks like it is still only compatible with the iPads. Not to mention you'd need to stack it with a lightning adapter to even check.

basically i need a way to transfer photos from a camera to an external HD without a computer (I will be traveling in the third world). I was hoping to connect a Wi-Fi HD to the iPhone and somehow connect my SD card as well. The apple SD card reader seems to only be for iPad. Anyone know any products or hacks I might use?
