Anyone know hoe to Screen Record at 30 fps in Quicktime?

I am doing screen recordings for a few company video tutorials. Once in a while Final Cut Express 4 will not let me import Quicktime X screen recordings because they are shot at odd frame rate.. in example 7.5 fps, sometimes 8.3 fps. Anyone have a solution?
