im long past due for upgrade, I have what is almost a brand new iPhone 6s Plus I got through warranty but for some reason the war piece is super quiet. I have to talk to everyone on speaker phone. Is that a disqualification for me? Even though the phone looks otherwise almost perfect?

Thanks
