iPod Anyone know how to disable iTunes store on iPod Touch?

I am having a real problem with my son using the iPod Touch and making purchases. For instance, I will install a Free App and i have to enter my password to make that purchase. But then when he plays it, those free games always have links back to the store to make full game purchases or other Apps from the developer purchases. Well, he will tap those buttons, go back to the store and because I've already given my password in the same session, it does not prompt to reenter the password, so it just makes the purchase and downloads. Its driving me nuts....
