Anyone know how to find out which application created this folder?

I would like to know which application created a specific folder without trial and error testing.

I already scanned console for any hints for the folder to no avail.

Ideas?

I already found the answer in this case, but the question still stands as this is an issue I'd like to tackle in future still.

(Independent from looking up solutions in Google, as often such folders have common names or paths or are all too customized)

Oh ok then, thought that application file system access might be logged somewhere/it's verbose-able on regular logs.
