I want a script that can replace text that's in the clipboard. Then paste it in anything I want.

For example: I highlight and copy "Hello World", I want to replace "hello" with "goodbye", which results in "Goodbye world".

Auto copying without needing a keyboard shortcut would be neat too. But I have only got that to work in AppleScript editor, not in actual practice using text expander. Was testing using safari to copy from and stickies to paste into.
