macOS anyone know how to write HID profiles?

I am in need of an HID-keyboard profile for my Motorola E1Rokr. I am trying to use the BT in my phone to control the simple functions on my keyboard. Left, Right, Up, Down, Esc, Return. Im not sure if I am asking for a huge favor, but i have no idea how to do this. Any help is greatly appreciated.
