Anyone know if 10.6.7 fixes the 2011 MBP issues with freezing during games?

I'm currently on the replacement of my replacement, and not sending it in again because the likelihood of getting a good one is so low. I'm frustrated because some people have machines that are working perfectly fine, but whatever.

I'm just wondering if anyone who has had freezing issues on their 2011 MBP during graphics intense things or gaming has had them fixed by 10.6.7? I saw that it includes graphics drivers so I'm hoping...

(I know 10.6.7 is dev only, thats why I'm making this post. I'm considering signing up for Dev if it will fix my computer, but don't want to pay $100 if it doesn't.)

10.6.7 10J869 won't work on 2011 MBP's.
