Anyone know if the Meebo App is going to be released before 3.0 Final?

From what I got from the 3.0 announcement, all the applications that were demoed coded and built in a few weeks time, but has anyone heard or read if the Meebo App is going to be released before the final release of iPhone OS 3.0?

Wishful thinking leads me to think it will, but the reality of it is that it would probably be released after/with the 3.0 Final release.

A beta version may be released to devs to work out any bugs that may be in the initial release.
