When I was using Windows, I had a program called Clone CD/DVD that would make images of a CD/DVD by reading from the CD and creating a file that could be later burned to a disc. Does anyone know if there's a similar program for OSX? Thanks!

You can use Disk Utility to make a .CDR file (unfortunately it has been months since i last did this), which you can then rename to a .ISO.
Or you can use Toast to make an image as well.
