Anyone know of a good free single window screen recorder for Snow Leopard?

In about a hour there is a webcam that I want to record on my mac. I was planning on using Quicktime to record a single safari window, but found out a few minutes ago it records the entire screen.

Does anyone know of a good screen recording program that I can use to record something for about 2-3 hours that is free and can only record that 1 safari window?
