Anyone know of a Pull-to-Refresh extension for Mail in OS X (Lion specifically)?

Being a jailbroken iOS user, I've used the Pull-to-Refresh add-on for quite some time now. Ever since the feature was in my iOS Twitter client, I've loved it. Since then, Facebook's iOS app has gained the feature, and extensions have become available in Cydia (jailbreak tweak store) for Mail, and Safari.

I would love to have this feature in my Mail and/or Safari on OS X. Anyone know of an extension available?
