anyone know of an app for planning work rotas?

I'm looking for an app that will allow me to store and manage my department rotas on my iPhone. Anyone have any suggestions? I currently have to carry around paper copies which is hardly ideal. If no one knows of an app, does anyone know if it's possible to store/edit excel docs on my iPhone?
