Hey guys

Im looking for something which works in conjunction with my iSight camera, which would enable me to switch from my iSight to what I can see on my screen - for making demo videos etc. which are going to be recorded on iMovie

Also, just whilst im posting, does anybody know of a good link which had good and useful mac applications.... like a list of them and what they do and what theyre used for
