I c nat find it now. they have still not shown the have recived our phones from last month., I want to get a printout of the shipping info. I got proof I shipped them from the post office just in case.

Yes it is called Newgistics. Use your tracking number at their site to see if it got to the warehouse in Texas. I have not received notice either, I called ATT and said they received it but have not processed it yet. I have had huge problems with this in the past.

This is the exact reason why i just paid off my phones with AT&T and will be switching to Apples upgrade program going forward. AT&T's method of returning phones on their upgrade program is a cluster. Never again.

yes the time before they lost my phone and charged me. after searching they found it but then sent it back claiming I sent it in too late. after lots f work I finally was able to send it back. they only gave me 1/2 the credit and then sent it back. I sold it and came out even what a hassle.

great it looks like newgistics lost one phone the post office shows they delivered it

Oh god... I've had HUGE problems with this in the past. I didn't upgrade this year so I'm not in your boat. But last year I went through major hassles and spent a lot of hours on the phone with customer service reps who either couldn't help or said they fixed it but turned out later they didn't. Long story short: reps are virtually powerless to do anything. Or at least they were last year - perhaps they have a better procedure now. I repeatedly offered to email my shipping receipts and tracking number, but they responded it was of no use to them.

At my wits end, I finally Googled the CEO's "secret" email address, emailed him my story of what happened and chat logs, and within 8 hours I had a response from one of his reps and everything was completely resolved.

I'm guessing/hoping your situations won't end like this. It does take a while for them to receive and process the returned phones, so hang in there. But if they notify you that you failed to send it, there's a bunch more info in this thread:
