Anyone know the UK returns duration time?

Does anyone have experience with how long it takes items to be picked up/sent back to Apple and then timings on refunds?

I've bitten the bullet and I'm reluctantly sending the 6+ back. I just can't see me ever being happy with it, in fact I'm beginning to hate how stupid it is.

I've tried returning to store but online and stores are run as separate entities and you can't return in store. Yep, it sucks.

Any feedback greatly appreciated.

They are really fast at picking up, generally next day
Takes s day or so to get back to them.
Not sure about refunds on returned orders.

I did cancel my iphone order last Monday and only got the refund today, about 9 working days
