At one time you must have installed a plug-in or input manager from Unsanity. It installs this Application Enhancer at the same time that helps control the preferences/updates for the plug-ins/input managers. This program will show in the Other section of System Preferences.

scared the **** out of me, it isnt a virus or anything is it?

I havent let it install, but it seems to pop up everytime i put sims 3 in??
