I'm very content with my 2.5G iPhone... especially the price of the plan.
BUT the screen is.. the only way i can describe it is de-laminating in 2 spots now. Like a bubble between the touch screen and the glass. Very annoying.
Its only 4 months old, and before the obvious solution would have been take it to an apple store, and have them exchange it.
Now there are are no 2.5G iPhones at the stores, so how is this going to go down?
When I was a blackberry customer, ATT would overnight me a new blackberry at no charge, along with a prepaid envelope for the return of the defective one. When it happened over a generation change, they would often just upgrade me to the newest one for free.
I remember when buying the iPhone that all warranty coverage would be handled by apple. Does anybody have any ideas how this is going to work now that there aren't any old iPhones?
