Highly doubt you'd get one local. And if you did they'd be a lot more expensive than you'd find online.

For the sake of a few quid / dollars / local currency, it's be much cheaper AND easier to order off eBay:

If you're in Riyadh can't you just buy another iPad, take out the sim tray and throw the iPad away? I'd like to think the current oil prices have some trickle-down effect.

Then you might want to state that in your original post. Doesn't Google cover Riyadh with a "Find it locally" option? Unless we live in Riyadh all we can suggest is your phone directory or Google.
