Anyone loophole into ATT unlim data lately?

Title says it all. My father, a new iPhone 4 owner with AT&T would like to have unlimited data. has anyone had any success getting the loophole to work, or calling to get grandfathered (he had unlimited at one point, but not recently 2008).

Thoughts?
