Anyone make an applecare claim on series 4 lately? If so, did you get an S4 or an upgrade.

I’ve got a series 4 Nike lte, and the Digital Crown is starting to get stiff and unresponsive. I can probably make an applecare+ claim as I’ve maintained the coverage month to month.

Just wondering if anyone has made a claim lately and if so, did they luck into a newer model or if Apple still has some of these on hand.

That is actually a common issue and had it happen to me on my S7. Have you tried putting the watch under running water and turning/pressing the Digital Crown to clean it out first?

You are not being helpful at all. iStorm wants a smooth turning digital crown on a newer model
