Anyone managed to use the Safari translate option, yet?

I was super excited about this feature as I have to use Chrome for the foreign websites I read, but I canont see the option to translate any sites into English in either Safari 14 on my mac, or on my phone or iPad.

Am I doing something stupid here?
 
No one use this then? Even if you don't does anyone know how to get it working?
