Anyone not charged yet by Apple for their iPhone 4S pre-order?

When I pre-ordered last Friday I was charged but it of course was just a temporary hold. The charge dropped off Wednesday and I got my phone already yesterday and still no charge?!?!?

I'm sure at some point I will get a charge but it's just odd that it hasn't applied to my account and I already have the phone.

Their server are running slow it seems processing all the payments... I purchased three apps around 2 days ago and I got billed today... Normally it is an instant sms notification from my bank...

Well apps always run slow in billing....

But they normally don't let you receive your phone without getting billed.... it normally charges when it ships or a day or 2 after.

The hold just gives Apple the authorization to charge your account later on.

I was in the same boat, Preauthorization dropped off Monday and still no charge even though I've had the 4S for a day now.

EDIT: Just checked my bank account again and the charge is there for the 4S now.
