Anyone order from caseless?

I ordered a glidecase on Christmas Eve and have yet to hear on the progress of the order. I've tried emailing them and haven't heard back. Should I reorder the case or does it take them this long. I ordered it and it said "ships in about one week" Still should've heard back by now.

they are legit try to e-mail them again maybe its not in stock
make sure they didn't charge your credit card

check your spam folder just to be sure. i ordered mine the 9th and received it the 19th. they do state clearly it takes a week to ship out, which i really dont know why. never ordered anything where it didnt ship out within 48 hours.
