Anyone order there new Macbook Pro from another store beside Apple?

I ordered mine from MacMall.com but they don"t stock it yet. I called them and ask for a time frame and they show that they would receive the Macbook Pro on Oct. 29 but there is a good chance that they would receive it earlier. Anyone find other places that have it in stock? My reason to order it from MacMAll.com is that i would save on taxes and they have a $100 rebate which would save me $265. Any other place outside of Texas that stock it beside Apple store?

I also ordered it from MacMall, and when I called, they said they may receive 200 units on Monday (20th). I think 29th is just a worst case scenario.
