Anyone out there have Verizon iPhone 5 on att prepaid? I have a Speed question.

I have a verizon iphone 5 (not 5s or 5c). I've been using net10 tmobile network but service is bad in my area. I want to switch to att prepaid (go phone). I understand I will not get LTE but HSPA+ instead. What I want to know is what speeds should I expect with this Verizon iPhone. I know what the max speed websites say for HSPA+ but I never seem to get close to what published data speeds show from the carriers. I want to know from real users what to expect on the verizon iPhone on ATT network. I'm in the Seattle area if this helps.
