Anybody knows how to get and install iOS 12.4.3 on an iphone 5c??

Long story short, I ended up with an iphone 5c blocked because we couldnt remember the PIN. We finally found and itunes version that works recognized it, but know it says that the version of iOS needed to reset the iphone is no longer available.

we know the icloud account credentials, but forgot the PIN.

any idea anyone please?

Try plugging the iphone into a windows computer, you should have more freedom and suceess restoring the iphone. This,is if you cant restore or activate with a macbook or iMac

Really? I got a message on itunes that it needed 12.4.3. How can I get the 10.3.4 that you mention ?

iTunes should automatically offer the latest iOS version supported by the device to install.
