I have a 2016 MBP now and it runs League very clunky, but my old Iris Pro MBP ran it smooth as butter. Was curious if it's just how High Sierra runs games or if it's just the 2016 model, or is there a chance I just have a bad card in some way?

Some have reported poor gaming performances under High Sierra for recent laptops after waking from sleep. Try restarting and see if performance is improved.
A bad card is unlikely, and should manifest in graphics corruption. Any performance issue should lie in software.

Well I do have a list of other issues going lol

Flashing black bars during full screen movies

Red boxes in FCPX

FCPX UI lagging behind when swiping

Timeline isn’t loaded in FCPX

Teal screen when shutting down sometimes

Brown/multicolored boxes when shutting down

Safari in full screen leads to black screen sometimes

Some scrollable sites glitchy (Facebook)

Youtube/twitch feeds flash/glitchy behavior

Seems to drop frames after screencapping lots of 1080p 30fps footage

Yeah I've reinstalled the OS about 10x trying different things, I guess it may be time for a G-Bar visit.
