So Calif
Since Apple Card announced recently that current iPhone 11 series can opt for 0% financing for 24 months; can anyone predict a similar offer on the new 16" MBP for the holidays?

My current 15" MBP from 2015 which I really enjoy, is not worth trading in.

So in order to make the new 16" MBP more affordable, I would get one if Apple Card offered a 0% financing maybe for the holidays ?

Any past data points on Apple promotions for the holidays ?

Best Buy is offering $100 off the new 16" MBP and free financing for 18 months worth it ?

Sort of uncharted waters since the Apple card is so new. They do still have the 0% financing through the Barclaycard, but if you want to have the 3% cash back, you'll probably have to wait and see what they do.

I think there'll be a slight delay due to the recent gender fiasco - they'll probably want to do roll it out slowly and correctly. GS is still figuring things out and my guess is it'll be a while, my $0.02 would be to explore alternatives for at least the next 6 months.

Good point about the Barclay Card which I do have - it's the older "apple rewards" card which I thought was dead...

I think Barclay will be their 0% card. I just called and had the promotional financing added to my card for the 3rd time since owning it. You do have to buy from the Apple Store or Apple.com

You have to actually call Barclay's and ask them put the promotion onto the Apple Rewards card ??

Guess BarclayCard just got back into the Apple business ?

Got an email from Barclay Card for the Apple Rewards VISA that I still have:

Should I wait a bit to see if Apple Card matches or counters ??

If they are already giving you 24 months, why wait? The Apple Card won't do better.

As for 18 months no interest, that means you need to remember to pay at least $133/month (assuming your card doesn't have a balance) to pay it off on time.

Well, got the Barclay email also this morning but a few days late ... Already went the Best Buy route for $100 off and 18 months no interest.

However, that meant forgoing any BTO options that I may have gone for buying directly from Apple.
