I know this thread is a few days old but it might help someone else out. I preordered my 5s from tmobile, as soon as it was released on their website. My order completed about ten minutes after 3 am est from all the traffic. I didn't get the phone until a month later. I had been with tmobile for 7 years or so at this point so I talked to all the loyalty csr's and nobody could help. After that first wave shipped out, they had no idea when they'd get their next shipment.
