I sent in one of my iPhones because it wouldn't slide to answer or unlock. I did all the restores and setting up as new iPhone and finally apple sent me a box to return it. I sent it and then decided to call the apple store three hours away because there is not one in my city and the girl told me that it couldn't be fixed and they would send me a new one. That happen to anyone?

I haven't heard of anyone receiving their original iPhone back after service, unless the problem was something a simple restore could fix. Apple has been just handing out new iPhones to pretty much everyone with a problem.

Thanks. I dont care if they send my old one back it was in great condition. But im sure that if its not my old one itll be a nice refurb.
