Apple is supposed to send me a wireless keyboard replacement and they agreed to send me the updated version last week. Today, someone called and told me that it will take 4-6 weeks as it's back ordered.
He agreed to send me a wired USB one in the meantime to use for free.
Later this afternoon, another CS email me saying that he's taking ownership of my case. And when i checked my status, a wireless keyboard has been shipped out today.
Now, I'm paranoid if it's the older version wireless KB. Maybe apple got new stock of the updated version this afternoon? Anyone else ordered the updated KB and has received or is being shipped now?
The CS in charge of my case replied my email stating that I am sent the updated wireless keyboard.
I sure hope he's right,.... I might be the first few in this forum to receive the updated wireless keyboard. Will post some photo.
