I asked customer service if I would be getting Mountain Lion already installed on my rMBP. I was put on hold while they inquired...and was told, "Yes, you will be receiving your MBP with ML installed. That reply was about a week ago and my laptop will be getting here later this week...(I hope).

I was wondering if anyone has received their rMBP with ML already installed?

I think they're wrong.

No, nobody has received a rMBP or any other computer with ML pre-installed.
ML is not available.

well...I figured the same thing...how could it come already installed if the product doesn't launch until later this month. I am getting my rMBP in the timeframe projected by Apple...so I guess that they were just misinformed customer service reps.

Well...maybe we'll see ML in a couple of weeks.

I just ordered mine, so in 4 weeks when it finally arrives it might have ML installed.....since its supposed to come out in July...so a good guess is the 15th.

I think the Apple CS is confused because there's a difference between getting ML for free and getting it pre-installed.

Anybody getting a new rMBP will receive ML for free but it will not be pre-installed unless the rMBP is shipped right after the ML is released at MAS.
