i used to have a pc and an app on there by litexmedia called Tag & Rename - it was fantastic for batch-updating music file tags, including artwork etc - brilliant program - i was wondering if anyone knew of anything on the mac that was similar - have spent a few hours browsing the web, but there doesn't seem to be a lot out there!

(I'm sure Google's not as good as it used to be!!)

Anyway... I've used Corripio - but I can only seem to point it at songs that are already in iTunes - and I want to edit them before putting them into iTunes - I need to keep a "PC" version of the files as well...

Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Hi,
it's a bit old topic but I have the same question. I would like to edit the tags before importing the mp3 to iTunes.

For example, I would like to rename all the song in a specific directory.

On PC, I used the software called Godfather.

cheers,
Tex
