Anyone remember a software called Orbit?

I don't know if it ever left development (likely solo job), but I remember loving the concept. Maybe circa 2005?

Essentially a folder system, when upon opening a folder, made a circular pop-up menu of file/folder icons around the parent folder icon. Probably more accurate for the desktop than deep digging.

Does anyone know if something similar exists? Or remembers it at all?
