Anyone repeatedly chosen the Silver SS?Leather Link color suggestions?

Hi

I am scheduled to pick up the silver SS S7 with the ML at my local AS tomorrow.

Prior I have had SBSS, SBTi or graphite. I was getting tired of darker colored watches. I am having second thoughts. Have any of you repeatedly chosen the silver SS and why?

Also, which of the new leather link bands would go well with the silver SS?

I had a Silver SS S0, S2, S4 and had a Silver SS S7 on pre-order. I always went with the Silver SS for a number of reasons: Best flexibility for bands - I have several classic buckles with silver lugs, so they matched. Looked classy, and any scratches could be buffed out with a cape cod cloth. I polished my S4 the other week and it literally looks pristine, and I've had it since launch.

However, this time I went with the SS Graphite... managed to snag one in-store and cancelled my Silver SS pre-order. I love the new colour (new as in not the SSSB that was available on the S4) The silver lugs on my classic buckles don't stand out like a sore thumb because the graphite isn't jet black, and is also shiny.

Leather bands, I plan to snag the Golden Brown and poss the Dark Cherry. I would have also chosen those for the SS S

Thanks for your post, @MrGimper. Picked up the Silver SS with ML, along with the Dark Cherry leather link and the Abyss Blue/Moss Green sport loop.

I’m debating SS silver vs graphite myself. Have both for in store pickup, but still not 100%. Honestly you can’t go wrong with either. And the silver definitely gets you more flexibility w straps. Enjoy it’s a beautiful classy device!

I always choose the silver ss because every band goes with it. The neutral silver can look dark too when it reflects the color of a dark watch band.
