Just wondering. Anyone restore their full price att iphone 6s/6s plus this morning and get the congrats. Ur iphone is unlock message?

I have both Verizon and att. Getting my iphone 6s plus later today and wanted to know.

In past couple of years since att started unlocking iPhones. . If u buy full price iphone and restore it via iTunes. The phone was unlocked since it was fully paid off.
